I'm Dynelle an avid and self-proclaimed DIY queen turned business owner. As a lover of fashion, interior design and all things DIY I feel that I've found my tiny corner of the world where I can create, design and construct. Lucky for you. You've somehow stumbled upon it.

Our Story

Faite Main Designs started off as a hobby. After completing my university degree, I faced a few months of unemployment. I then enrolled in a free sewing class ultimately to keep me busy during my job search.

While learning to sew, I began making brooches and small accessories for my close friends, family and my church family as gifts, or in an effort to elevate an otherwise simple look. One day a church elder said to me, "You know, you should make some of these brooches with madras during the independence season".

So in September of 2019 I reluctantly made a few madras brooches for sale, after a few days all of the brooches sold out and I was left with a pile of orders to fulfill.

From there, Faite Main Designs was born. We have since expanded from selling only brooches to our larger than life and fashion forward Fascinators, birthday and funeral pins, bridal accessories, fabric jewelry, headpieces and interior design pieces. All our pieces are uniquely designed and hand crafted. They are made to suit our customers' preferences and take into account their individual style and personality. They are available in a variety of different colours and patterns. Every piece is special and unique.

Creating and designing is not only an art form to me, but is often the center of my happiness and each piece created holds a piece of that happiness. Now that I have began creating these pieces I get to do what I love, I get to create and be creative and I hope to one day inspire other creatives to do the same. We hope that our pieces not only elevate your looks but also equip you with the confidence needed to be unapologetically you! Remember to always be creatively YOU!
